NOTE * About Prices
All listed prices are GST exclusive, and subject to change without further notice. Particular circumstances may also cause change of prices.
NOTE 1 Call-Out Fee
First 20km of travelling time and charges are included in the Call-Out fee. Please enquire for distance over 20km from the CBD area.
NOTE 2 Definition of Workstation
The term refers to computers and networked devices in the office. For example, network printers and routers are treated individually as a workstation.
NOTE 3 Definition of Server
A server refers to dedicated server, or computer functioned as a server, it doesn’t matter whether a network operation system is installed. Simple printer servers may be treated as workstations.
NOTE 4 Free Hours
Free service hours are not to be rolled over. All unused free hours are lost at the end of the billing month. The rate of additional service hours are 25% off the normal ad-hoc hour, i.e. $60 exclusive of GST.
NOTE 5 Remote Support
If remote support is good enough to solve your issue, the time used for the support is not counted towards your free service hours but remote support hours. Please note that a software is to be installed on each of your computers and that may incur charges.
NOTE 6 Phone Support
If phone support is good enough to solve your issue, the time used for the support is not counted towards your free service hours but phone support hours. Please note that a software is to be installed on each of your computers and that may incur charges.
NOTE 7 Scheduled Visits
Free visits is designed to be an additional compliment to our on-schedule support clients, free of charge. The visit is not guaranteed, and should not be treated as an obligation. We may not visit your office in bad weather days, public holiday, or when we are running out of time. We may perform some scanning of virus or chat with users and provide advises. We normally won’t stay for long unless there’s issue(s) where support is required. In this case the time used for the support is counted towards your free (or additional) service hours but Call-Out Fee is waived.
