Our well trained support staff is always on hand to offer help when needed, so feel confident that someone will be there to lend a hand whatever the severity of your issue, whether your main website has gone down or you’re experiencing problems with the offices internal network. Issues and uncertainties with company IT systems are a common occurrence and can have a big affect on the smooth running of your business; in most situations we should be able to help you resolve the issue remotely, though we do understand that there are times when problems with your companies system can not be resolved over the phone or via an online messaging window.

In cases where an urgent IT solution is required or if you would prefer some one to check your offices IT system in person, we do offer our customers an ad-hoc solution that provides you with on-demand support. Our team of knowledgeable technicians can be called out to a specific location for an affordable price depending on where they are in relation to the main part of the city. You will be asked to pay for the amount of time that the support staff is at your company, plus a call-out fee for trips within a 20 km radius of the central business district area.
